Yeah, yeah Hiroshi Sugimoto... I didn't actually intend for this series to reflect his work, but it kinda does (especially this image). What do you do?

Man resembling Sugimoto is certainly not a bad thing. This shot works better for me. Really puts you in the moment, the atmosphere, colours, the definition of her frame against the sea. This might just be a personal thing, but to me it speaks more of searching than of losing, but either way it's great.

Thanks, Nick. I think searching and loss go hand in hand. So searching is one way you could take it.
