Here is my 2nd low key film shot. How about this one, perhaps it borders on the midkey? Do you think I should go darker? I just want to have some detail on the darker side of the face.
I don't think it borders on midkey at all. You can see the lighting ratios between the left and right hand side of the face. Just darken the left side of his face a little more and it will be perfect!
OK, I will darken the left side of his face a bit more. I Just find it hard to let go of the detail in the face and let it go to shadow, But I know it really needs it. Thanks
